I’ve purchased the tree previous Mark paddles and love them all. The Unmarked Alpha is no exception. My favorite was the Mark 2 until now. The Unmarked Alpha has upped my game offering a bit more power and spin. The Mark 2 and the Unmatked Aipha are my go to paddles. 👍
The paddle face is definitely gritty as described by many, for me the paddles power and plow thru do not match my play style, I used my paddle one time for a drilling session and knew it wasn’t for me. Regards customer service, I’ve reached out several times to see if they do a 30-day trial or have any type of return policy, but no reply to multiple emails. So for the paddle three stars, for customer service one star
I played the paddle so far only one came coming back from injury and not playing for about 4 weeks. The paddle was amazing. I feel of the paddle is great - I love the soft feel of the paddle, but the paddle can do everything very well. I thought I would be very rusty, but I played great with it for my return. I only played a few games to test the knee, used this and another paddle as well. Large sweet spot as well for an elongated paddle. Highly recommended. Thanks
I think I found my new main. The grit on this paddle make for shaping the ball and applying spin effortless.
This is an awesome paddle. My first thoughts are the cover and paddle design is clean crisp and has a lot of grit to touch. The paddle in my opinion performs closer to the power of raw carbon fiber with better spin compared to the other models. Balance required some strips of lead tape at the bend of paddle to have a more balanced feel. Ground strokes feel solid and was able to get ball deeper into the court. Paddle was plush enough for an average soft game and hand battles were easy. Price was fair compared to other paddles brands. I got a discount using “ALPHA10”. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their game!
