Great customer service and product! Mark Pickleball knew of an issue with my shipping label (didn’t impact its arrival) and reached out to ensure that it made it to me. Purchased was simple and delivery was timely.

No complaints on the O2R3 Paddel. Love the additional wraps that come as well

For me the paddle needed more power, plough through and some other desires. By adding weights and building up the handle size (diameter), I was able to achieve this. The paddle is now is GOOD and ENOUGH. Thank you for allowing me to demo this paddle, I would not have been able to afford money wise to take the chance of just buying it.

The spin this thing generates is elite and the power seems to only get better the more I use it!

I was very satisfied with this program. I think the idea of trying out a paddle before you try it saves a lot of hassle, and the paddle came in amazing condition. Great!
