Return Policy

Main Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you bought a paddle that is part of our Demo Program, look at Demo Program Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unworn or unused. To start a return, you can contact us at support@markpickleball.com.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items that are not in their original condition. The purpose of the restocking fee is to cover the cost of inspecting and repacking the returned item, as well as any loss in the value that may occur during delivery or return.

MARK Pickleball reserves the right to determine whether a returned item meets resale condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on voluntary returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please see the Refunds section below for additional information.

Demo Program Return Policy

Demo Program paddles may be used and returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a refund, the return shipment must be accepted by the shipping carrier within the 14-day period.

If the demo paddle is returned within the applicable return period, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded, excluding original and return shipping costs.

Demo paddles shipped after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund.

Warranty

unMARKed 2026 — 1-Year Limited Warranty

At MARK Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and performance of the unMARKed 2026 paddle. The paddle is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects for the original purchaser from the original purchase date.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

Handle breaks or structural failure
Face or surface cracking
Loose or damaged end cap

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and cosmetic fading
Rattling that does not affect performance
Abuse, misuse, or neglect
Damage caused by hitting the ground or other objects

Additional Terms

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from MARK Pickleball or an authorized MARK Pickleball retailer. Warranty service, shipping obligations, and available remedies may vary by country.

MARK Pickleball reserves the right to inspect and evaluate warranty claims to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for coverage under this Limited Warranty.

A replacement paddle does not restart the warranty period. Replacement products remain covered for the remainder of the original product's applicable warranty period.

Mark 02R3 — 2-Year Limited Warranty

At MARK Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and performance of the Mark 02R3 paddle. The paddle is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects for the original purchaser from the original purchase date.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

Handle breaks or structural failure
Face or surface cracking
Loose or damaged end cap

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and cosmetic fading

Mark One, Mark OneX, Mark OneXR2, Mark Two, Mark TwoR2 — 150-Day Limited Warranty

These paddles are covered by a 150-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear during play, negligence, misuse, accidents, loss or theft, fading graphics, worn grip tape, or other expected wear and tear associated with normal use.

MARK Pickleball reserves the right to inspect and evaluate warranty claims to determine whether the reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this Limited Warranty.

For an approved warranty claim, MARK Pickleball may provide a replacement paddle at no cost to the original purchaser. A replacement paddle does not restart the warranty period and remains covered only for the remainder of the original product's applicable warranty period.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@markpickleball.com and include:

Your order number or proof of purchase
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or video showing the issue

MARK Pickleball will review the information provided and determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage under the applicable Limited Warranty. We may request additional photos, videos, information, or the return of the paddle for inspection.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
