Return Policy
Main Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you bought a paddle that is part of our Demo Program, look at Demo Program Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unworn or unused. To start a return, you can contact us at support@markpickleball.com.
Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 20% for if returned items are not in their original condition. The purpose of the restocking fee is to cover the cost of inspecting and repacking the returned item, as well as any loss in the value that may occur during delivery or return.
Mark Pickleball reserves the right to decide if your item does not meet resale condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Demo Program Return Policy
For the Demo Program, you will have 30 days after receiving your item to return the the used demo paddle.
If you return the demo paddle within the 30 days, the cost of the demo paddle will be refunded back minus shipping costs.
If you don't return the demo paddle with the 30 days, there will be no refunds.
Warranty
Mark 02R3
At MARK Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and performance of the Mark 02R3 paddle. The paddle is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects for the original purchaser from the original purchase date.
What’s Covered
Manufacturer defects visible in photos or videos, including:
- Handle breaks or structural failure
- Face or surface cracking
- Loose or damaged end cap
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and cosmetic fading
- Rattling that does not affect performance
- Abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by hitting the ground or other objects
Additional Terms
This warranty applies to Mark 02R3 paddles purchased in the United States. MARK Pickleball reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and whether a paddle will be repaired or replaced. Replacement paddles are not covered under warranty.
Mark One, Mark OneX, Mark OneXR2, Mark Two, Mark TwoR2
Our products are backed by a 150-day warranty that begins from the original purchase date. Mark Pickleball will cover any issues resulting from manufacturing defects by providing a replacement paddle at no cost to you.
However, please note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from improper usage, regular wear during play, negligence, misuse, or accidents. It also does not cover the loss or theft of items, fading graphics, worn grip tape, or the expected wear and tear that comes with normal use. In addition to be eligible for this warranty, you must be the original buyer.
Mark Pickleball retains the authority to assess the presence of any defect in all of our products. The acceptance of warranty claims will be determined based on Mark Pickleball's judgment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
